- Leftover salmon
- 1 small sweet potato
- Freshly chopped Coriander
- 1 tsp. Rajah Chilli Powder
- Oil to pan fry
- Burger buns
- Left over salmon? Flake into a bowl.
- Microwave a sweet potato to cook and scoop out the flesh.
- Add chopped coriander, chilli and salt to taste.
- Bind the ingredients into a ‘burger’ and pan fry both sides.
- Serve with a side salad or in a burger bun.
