Tandoori Salmon Fish Burger

  • Leftover salmon
  • 1 small sweet potato
  • Freshly chopped Coriander
  • 1 tsp. Rajah Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil to pan fry
  • Burger buns
  • Salad


  1. Left over salmon? Flake into a bowl.
  2. Microwave a sweet potato to cook and scoop out the flesh.
  3. Add chopped coriander, chilli and salt to taste.
  4. Bind the ingredients into a ‘burger’ and pan fry both sides.
  5. Serve with a side salad or in a burger bun.
